This international tournament will use global BP, which means that ten heroes will be banned after each match, which will greatly increase the depth and complexity of tactics, and make teams more cautious and variable in hero selection and strategy.

In addition, Riot announced that MSI 2025 will be held in Canada at the end of June, with ten teams participating. The champions and runners-up finals of the 2025 S15 World Finals will also be held in Chengdu.
