During the third week of the 2025 VCTCN regular season, JDG secured a 2:1 win against TEC, marking their first victory of the season.

In the first half, TEC quickly scored the opening two points. After JDG pulled one back in the long gun round, TEC continued to extend their lead significantly. However, JDG quickly adjusted their strategy, optimizing their defense to counter TEC's attacks, ultimately leading 7:5 at halftime.

After switching sides, TEC again scored the opening two points, bringing both teams back to a level playing field. However, in the long gun round, JDG regained control of the match's rhythm, exploiting TEC's weaknesses with flexible offensive maneuvers, scoring five consecutive points to reach match point. On the brink of defeat, TEC valiantly clawed back two points, but after JDG called a timeout to regroup, they launched a fierce attack on Zone C. Stew activated his ultimate and executed a triple kill in the bomb site, crushing TEC's defense, leaving only Coco, who couldn't create a miracle. In the pistol round, JDG emerged victorious. TEC pushed together from the garage in the economic round, securing kills and obtaining a crucial Frenzy. After placing explosives in Zone C, both teams engaged in a 1v1 standoff. TvirusLuke managed to turn the economic round around with a kill using the Frenzy. The teams then took turns staging economic comebacks. Seeing their strategy falter repeatedly, JDG called a timeout for adjustments, but their attack in Zone A was countered by TEC. TvirusLuke's Neon danced around the bomb site, utilizing his ultimate and weaponry to achieve a pentakill! With morale boosted, TEC, alongside Haodong's steady performance in the clutch, finished the first half with an 8:4 lead.

After switching sides, JDG won the pistol round again, but their form remained unsteady. TEC had already turned the economic round against them three or four times in a row, significantly impacting their morale. TEC pressed their advantage, swiftly claiming match point. JDG fought back, and with Stew's best efforts, they began to close the gap. Unfortunately, the earlier deficit was too great, and TEC, still holding three match points, launched a fierce assault on Zone A in the 22nd round, securing victory without incident, leveling the match at 1:1.

TEC was forced to call a timeout to discuss their strategy. However, despite facing numerous defensive gadgets from JDG, TEC struggled until the 7th round when they finally halted their losing streak with their ultimate. JDG's pressure persisted, and TEC had to use all their timeouts in the first half to regain two points before halftime, still trailing 3:9.

After the sides switched, JDG's dual sentinel setup became less effective. TEC maintained their composure and initiated a scoring spree, gradually closing the gap. JDG's attacks faced continuous setbacks, and by the time they used their second timeout, the score difference had dwindled to just one point. JDG launched another attack on Zone A, but TEC's synchronized counter-attack successfully cleared them out. With jkuro unable to return in time, the explosives were defused, and the score leveled at 10:10! After TEC surged ahead, JDG finally regained their form, clearing B zone in a swift move to reclaim control and scoring three consecutive points, shattering TEC's comeback hopes. Congratulations to JDG for defeating TEC 13:11, winning the match 2:1 and claiming their first victory of the season.
