Hello everyone, LPL viewers and League of Legends summoners. This is the "Game World" channel.
Today, the LPL held a lower-bracket match. Because the regular-season powerhouse BLG was defeated by WE, this game between BLG and EDG attracted a lot of viewers' attention.

In the end, BLG dominated their opponents and won easily, yet this match generated a wave of off-field controversy.
Here's what happened: During today's entrance segment, players were scheduled to walk out of a tunnel lined with fans on both sides. According to the official setup, fans could reach out to high-five the players. However, in today's match, out of all ten players from EDG and BLG, only one completely ignored the fans with a grim expression—that person was Bin.

As shown in the footage, Bin wore an unusually serious look when he appeared. While his teammates actively extended their hands to interact with fans, he walked through the tunnel with a sullen face the entire time.
This scene sparked dissatisfaction among viewers, who heavily criticized Bin, calling him truly rude.
Previously, Bin was nicknamed "Steelback Beast" for not bowing when fist-bumping opponents after a match. Now this incident is even more severe—he ignored fans with a dark face, which is truly outrageous.

During this incident, some viewers recalled a similar past event: IG once had a situation where players collectively refused to shake hands with fans during their entrance. The specific reason back then was unknown, but such behavior can generally be described as disrespectful to fans. Given the current poor state of the LPL environment, players showing disrespect to fans is a serious matter.
Returning to the game itself: In the first game, Viper's Ezreal dominated the entire match, pulling off various spectacular plays. BLG relied on their raw strength to win consecutive small-scale team fights. Bin's Rumble completed a 1v2 counter-kill, and overall BLG secured an easy first-game victory with a 22-6 kill ratio.

In the second game, the EDG jungler (Trundle) successfully ganked the bottom lane and killed Viper, but in the bot lane matchup, Viper countered with a backward hook to secure a kill. Mid-game, he landed a brilliant predictive backward hook to lock down Lucian, helping his team continuously extend their lead.
Several times when facing enemy counterattacks, BLG relied on their superior mechanics to fight back and win, thus securing three match points.
In the third game, BLG's bottom lane ran into trouble: the Caitlyn + Neeko combo didn't work well, and during a small skirmish, On made a reckless positioning mistake and got killed. Bin in the top lane was also ganked and killed. After falling behind early, Knight forced a solo kill in lane and then turned the tide. Leave solo-killed Viper, and Knight followed up with a double kill after rotating to the bottom lane.

After that, both teams continued to fight repeatedly. BLG gave away some opportunities, but their overall lead remained large. Eventually, they finished with a 3-0 scoreline, smoothly advancing to the top six. After advancing, BLG will face another do-or-die match against JDG, where the winner moves on to the top four.
Winning the match was easy, but their form is not at full capacity
Although BLG swept EDG in this round, to be honest, their performance hasn't yet reached a level that satisfies fans or the team. It's clear that BLG came into today's game with a burning determination to deliver a convincing victory. The scores looked decent, but individual performances showed varying degrees of mistakes.

Currently, they urgently need to strengthen discipline, but BLG still has issues with it. This includes poor dragon control across all three games, being pressured in the bot lane, and On's reckless positioning leading to deaths—all negative signs.
If they continue to perform like this, frankly, BLG may not be able to make a comeback. There is no margin for error left now; BLG can only push themselves to bring out their best form.
Personally, I believe the sudden drop in BLG's playoff performance stems from two factors. First, players became complacent and underestimated their opponents—a recurring problem for BLG. They tend to relax against weaker teams, then panic when they fall behind, and after that, their mentality suffers, affecting their performance in subsequent games. Second, there has been a meta shift.

BLG can no longer achieve the same level of laning advantage as before; their previous playstyle is no longer functioning smoothly. They have little time left to adjust and must strengthen team discipline, leverage their raw mechanical edge, and strive to secure an MSI spot.
