On December 12, the League of Legends tournament officially announced the Demacia Cup match announcement.

20 teams are grouped: Group A Knockout WBG, Group FPX, LGD, EDG, BLG. J； Group B Knockout BLG, Group AL, OMG, UP, HUYA SG; Group C Knockout LNG, Group JDG, TT, WE, HUYA BL; Group D Knockout TES, Group NIP, IG, RNG, LGD. Y。

The 20 teams are divided into four groups, with the teams participating in S14 advancing directly to the quarterfinals, each with a promotion spot, and the teams in each group will play against teams that have participated in S14.

The competition will be held from December 16th to December 29th.

The competition day is 9 days, divided into online and offline, the group stage will be played online, and the knockout stage will be played offline.

In the online competition, each group will play a single round-robin points match of BO1, the winner will win one point, the loser will not score, and the team with the highest points in each group will advance to the quarterfinals of the knockout round.

The eight teams in the knockout round will face each other in the first round in BO3, and the four teams in the semi-finals will face off in BO5. The match is a single defeat, and the knockout stage will be a global BP.
