Hello everyone, I'm Game Xiaodi.

Yesterday, Li Xin and Pei Qinhu both had a series of adjustments, and the first-day post-update data is out. The outcome is roughly a fall and a rise, which may overturn many players' initial expectations. How do these changes truly impact the heroes? Let's talk about it with the numbers.

Li Xin's win rate declined across all tiers.

From the first-day data, Li Xin's win rate dropped in all three segments. The overall win rate decreased by 0.6%, the peak tier by 0.5%, and the top tier by 0.3%. His pick rate also fell slightly. Overall, it has indeed had some impact on Li Xin. Although the drop seems small, it's worth noting that Li Xin's data had been steadily rising. The more significant meaning of this adjustment is actually curbing the momentum of his continuous improvement.

The core change for Li Xin is in his first skill. In its base form, the first skill now has two new effects: moving through enemies deals physical damage, and if it doesn't pass through an enemy, it grants healing. This is clearly a buff to his early game, providing a safety net. If the dash hits an opponent, it deals damage and allows him to stick to them for a counterattack; if it misses, he recovers some HP to avoid being poked too much.

Of course, this buff is not very significant, as it only applies before level 4. So, the actual impact on Li Xin is not that large, since his main contribution comes in the mid-to-late game. As for the other change, it's a slight adjustment to the second skill in his berserk form, increasing the cooldown by 0.5 seconds. Many players originally thought this change was too minor to affect Li Xin much, but the data shows the opposite. This 0.5-second increase caused a small decline in stats, indicating that players are very sensitive to cooldown changes.

Pei Qinhu's win rate increased across all tiers.

Once upon a time, Pei Qinhu was very popular, but subsequent adjustments reduced his strength. This buff is like a timely help for Pei Qinhu, and the data performance is quite good. His win rate rose across all three tiers: the overall tier increased by nearly 1%, the peak tier by 0.8%, and the top-tier by 1.3%. His pick rate and ban rate remained roughly the same.

Looking at the changes, the additional damage from the basic attack of his human form passive has increased, especially with the new bonus AD scaling, meaning better equipment leads to higher damage. This gives Pei Qinhu stronger sustained damage output in the late game, making his growth curve healthier. The cooldown of his human form first skill is reduced, and the energy cost of his tiger form second skill is also reduced, which optimizes the overall feel and makes his gameplay smoother. Of course, the trade-off is a slightly shorter shield duration. But overall, the buff far outweighs the nerf, and the win rate increases across all three tiers are the best evidence. He is now at a playable level.

However, for now, Pei Qinhu's strength hasn't reached the level of a must-pick for climbing ranks, especially in mid-to-low tiers. This hero relies heavily on teammates and game tempo, making him unsuitable for those brackets. Also, the win rate data is still unstable since it's only the first day. We can observe further.
