The Challenger Cup has officially kicked off, and on day one, a major upset occurred with a KPL team defeated by a K甲 team! Yet, many believe this won’t be the only shock. The TTG versus QJ match almost produced another upset!
Although TTG ultimately won 3-2 and moved on to the round of 16, their performance in this match showed that they no longer appear to be a team capable of threatening AG as they did in the summer season.

In the first game, at 4 minutes 20 seconds, TTG focused fire to kill Nezha, with Goya securing the first blood. At 6 minutes, Taiyi Zhenren stunned three enemies, and together with Charlotte’s passive, they dealt full damage to eliminate the enemy’s top and support. At 9 minutes 20 seconds, Kuangtie used double flashes to take down Shen Mengxi, giving TTG a 4k gold lead after killing the enemy mid and support. At 14 minutes, TTG focused fire to kill Nezha again, then controlled the Shadow Tyrant and destroyed the bottom tier 1 tower. At 16 minutes 20 seconds, Galo maximized output to counterattack successfully, trading one for one and defending the crystal.
At 20 minutes 20 seconds, TTG focused fire to kill Nezha and secured the Storm Dragon. Then, Mirror’s ultimate entered the fight and instantly eliminated Galo, as TTG killed four opponents and took the first game.

In the following second and third games, QJ won back-to-back rounds to take the lead! In the fourth game, TTG refused to let the match end! At 4 minutes 20 seconds and 4 minutes 40 seconds, QJ’s five-man team counterattacked to kill Da Siming, with Goya taking first blood. At 5 minutes 40 seconds, Zhi Wu’s flash eliminated Ying Zheng, followed by Da Siming’s output to secure a double kill; TTG traded zero for three to stop the bleeding. At 9 minutes 20 seconds, Su Lie made a flank with a big flash into the wolf pit, coordinating with Zhi Wu to control multiple enemies, then Chi Chuo entered late for a triple decisive kill.
At 16 minutes, QJ focused fire to instantly kill Da Siming, resulting in a one-for-one trade. At 16 minutes 30 seconds, TTG followed the Lord’s push to destroy the crystal and enter the final game.

In the final game, at 2 minutes 20 seconds, QJ’s three players focused fire to kill Taiyi Zhenren, with Ailin taking first blood. At 6 minutes, TTG invaded the red zone; Charlotte flashed to secure Pei Qinhu, then continued the chase to kill three more. At 9 minutes 20 seconds, QJ maintained formation, with Pei Qinhu entering late to pressure and reduce health, resulting in a one-for-two trade to ease the situation. At 10 minutes 30 seconds, Pei Qinhu secured the Shadow Tyrant, but Sun Shangxiang performed an extreme counterkill on Pei Qinhu. Finally, TTG wiped out the enemy team and destroyed the middle tier 1 tower. At 14 minutes 10 seconds, TTG controlled the Shadow Tyrant, then, relying on a huge gold lead, wiped out the enemy team again. Charlotte’s triple decisive kill allowed TTG to destroy the crystal and claim victory.

Although TTG ultimately defeated QJ 3-2 to advance to the top 16, it must be said that this TTG team looks far from strong. After losing Jiuzhe and Qingqing, has TTG completely fallen apart? What do you think, can TTG reach the quarterfinals?

By the way, if you happen to have enough Purple Star Coins to redeem a skin but aren’t sure which to choose, you might want to prioritize Luban No.7’s “Flameheart”! Little Luban has been extremely strong this season and has firmly secured the top spot on the peak competition’s farming T0 list. Although Luban No.7 has many high-quality skins, the “Flameheart” star-level skin is definitely worth exchanging. The original skin features fiery effects, but “Flameheart” changes these to blue flames in-game.
The in-game effects are highly recognizable, rivaling even Luban No.7’s legendary skins, and the feel provides a strong sense of impact. So once you have collected 3000 star coins, remember to redeem “Flameheart.”
