Hello everyone, I’m Game Brother Xiao.
Honor of Kings recently announced that the fragment shop will be updated again, adding four new epic skins: Mozi Dragon Knight, Zhen Ji Ice Waltz, Liu Chan Gentleman Bear Cat, and Li Yuanfang Summer Wave. So, what is the suggested order to exchange for these skins? This time, Xiao will give a simple overview for you.

Zhen Ji’s Ice Waltz should be considered first. On one hand, after the rework, this skin fully meets the standards of an epic skin, with impressive overall effects and a smooth feel during gameplay. On the other hand, Zhen Ji doesn’t have many free skins; besides Ice Waltz, there is only the second anniversary limited skin Garden Dream. Although that skin sometimes returns, it is usually part of a selection with other skins, even competing with new skins, so few players actually obtain it. Moreover, although Zhen Ji’s strength isn’t as high as just after the rework, she remains viable and can be used to climb ranks.

Li Yuanfang’s skin is the second choice. The skin quality is decent, belonging to the summer series with very pleasing colors and effects incorporating beach elements. There are also many star-level variants available. However, there are some issues: first, Li Yuanfang’s current strength is questionable, especially as a laner, making it hard to perform well, so most players are forced to switch to jungling; second, the skin’s feel is somewhat light and floaty, which might not be friendly to some players who rely heavily on basic attacks for marksmen.

Liu Chan’s skin is the third option. Although it’s also a reworked epic skin, its competitiveness is relatively low. The updated effects are not particularly outstanding, and Liu Chan has too many free skins available—a handful of them are epic quality like Whirlwind Blast and Genius Goalkeeper; others like Spirit Armor and Secret Base are of heroic quality. These skins often appear in in-game welfare events and reward pools, making them easy for players to obtain.

Mozi is the last to consider mainly because the exchange price is quite high, requiring 288 skin fragments. To put it into perspective, with that many fragments, you could redeem all three of the skins mentioned above and still have some left over. Therefore, in a fragment shop where cost-effectiveness is key, this skin is not very appealing. It’s better to choose Mozi Metal Storm, which will also be available in the fragment shop rotation. Additionally, Honor of Kings has recently released several new skins directly for limited-time exchange, so if your skin fragments are limited, it’s best to save them for unexpected opportunities.

That’s all for now. If you found this helpful, please give a like to support. If you have any questions, comments, or want to see more, leave a message in the comment section—I’ll be reading them all~
