Skin Sales Rankings

The top ten bestselling skins this time are, from first to fifth: Doria’s Heartbeat Notes, Shao Siyuan’s Ritual God, Yang Jian’s Piercing Gaze, Angela’s Dragon Ride Treasure Ship, and Xiahou Dun’s Frost North Blade; sixth to tenth are Sun Shangxiang’s Dragon Ride Star Inquiry, Ma Chao’s Amber Era, Yao’s Light Reflection, Kai’s Silver White Aria, and Ming Shiyin’s Past Radiance.

For comparison, here is the previous ranking list, though most have been replaced and it has limited reference value: first to fifth were Sang Qi’s Qingjin Linchuan, Yuan Ge’s Secret Lord, Doria’s Phantom Pearl Merman, Lan’s Flower Return Sea, and Da Siming’s Death Executor; sixth to tenth included Gan Jiang & Mo Ye’s Thousand Mountains, Sima Yi’s Nine Mountains Xiangliu, Luna’s Frost Moon Chant, Yi Xing’s Night Watcher, and Sun Shangxiang’s Doomsday Mecha.

Sales Analysis

The analysis of this skin sales chart can be roughly divided into three parts: the newly released Sanxingdui collaboration skins, the anniversary voted return skins, and the glory exclusive skins. Let’s discuss them one by one.

Glory exclusive skins making the list was quite unexpected. This hasn’t happened before because, during this anniversary, the game gave away 30 points treasure draw tickets at once, plus limited-time coupons could be exchanged for another 30 points tickets, totaling 60 points tickets. With over 100 million daily active players, although the luck value of 360 points is still far off, the large player base meant many players got the glory crystals. Consequently, Yao’s and Kai’s exclusive skins clearly became top choices, pushing them onto the bestseller list, marking a historic moment. The Sanxingdui collaboration’s 10th anniversary limited skins ranked high. Second place Shao Siyuan’s Ritual God and third place Yang Jian’s Piercing Gaze are both from this series. Yang Jian’s ranking isn’t surprising since the effects are impressive, with unique golden form effects and priced at 990 points, making it worth buying. Shao Siyuan’s skin ranked lower than expected; as an epic quality skin priced at only 60 points, it’s unusual since even 60-point brave skins usually dominate top spots for long periods. This suggests some players didn’t fully accept it.

Six skins returned via voting. Among these, only Kai’s Amber Era didn’t make the list, while Kai’s Silver White Aria did, which will be discussed later. Regarding rankings, the top-voted Xiahou Dun Frost North Blade sold far less than expected, currently only fifth. Meanwhile, skins originally ranked lower in voting like Doria’s Heartbeat Notes and Angela’s Dragon Ride Treasure Ship sold well, especially Doria’s skin hitting number one in sales again, proving the purchasing power of mid-support players. This explains why mid-support skins are numerous and visually appealing, driven by market demand.
