Hello everyone, I’m Game Brother Xiao.
Tomorrow is the day the King’s 10th Anniversary Celebration begins, bringing a large batch of rewards to claim. Thinking about it is quite thrilling! Many players are focusing on the limited-time vouchers, but actually, other benefits are pretty good too. For example, the Rose Hearts giveaway reaches 50, allowing many players who have saved 100 or more Rose Hearts to directly redeem a Treasure Pavilion skin. Currently, there are seven skins in the Treasure Pavilion— which ones are recommended for redemption?

Top recommendations are Yixing’s “Way of All Things” and Ying Zheng’s “Elegant Lover.” Yixing’s skin was added this year during the Spring Festival. It blends sci-fi fantasy with the ancient style of Chang’an city. Yixing’s look is quite interesting: his clothing is a traditional robe, but his cape is made of a futuristic energy material. In-game, the effects primarily feature blue gradients, with skill sounds combining electric currents and glass breaking, giving a strong hit feedback that makes gameplay smooth. The ultimate skill recreates the Chang’an city scene on a chessboard, making the overall visual quite impressive. Yixing has had many skins in recent years, such as the KPL exclusive “Blazing Yixing” and the “Dreamkeeper” collaboration, but those are limited editions. This is currently the only free skin available, so it’s highly recommended.

Ying Zheng’s skin is one of the earliest in the Treasure Pavilion, originally exclusive to beta testers, then given out in limited quantities during anniversaries, and now regularly available. This skin has been optimized several times, so its effects keep up with the times. For example, the normal attacks now feature a left-hand light raise release, a design breakthrough that looks better than other skins. The effects mainly use deep blue rose colors with petals and rose patterns, creating delicate visuals that might give opponents the impression of low damage. Ying Zheng is one of the few heroes exclusive to vouchers, with relatively few skins. Except for last year’s legendary “Xuanlei Tianjun,” the priority of “Elegant Lover” can be raised.
Ji Xiaoman’s “Delusional Taste” and Sun Shangxiang’s “Elegant Lover.” Ji Xiaoman’s skin is quite good, part of the Delusional City series, with bright orange effects. The concept is creative, based on a food streamer theme, incorporating many related elements in the effects. Personally, I like it, but its priority is lower because Ji Xiaoman has had many new skins recently, including the “Battle Dancer” from the international server, the QQ Speed collaboration “Little Orange,” and this year’s free collaboration skin “Little Duck.” Also, Ji Xiaoman’s strength is not as high as before, so it’s recommended later in the order.

Sun Shangxiang’s skin basically follows the same path as Ying Zheng’s, even sharing the same name. The effects are decent, but the roses are pink to better fit Sun Shangxiang’s female hero identity. The feel of this skin is average, with no particularly good hit feedback, so it’s recommended lower in priority. Moreover, Sun Shangxiang seems to have no shortage of skins, with more than ten covering almost all quality tiers. The only missing one is the “Peerless” skin, and even free skins like “Fruit Sweetheart” are available, so this can be considered later.
This tier consists of hero skins: Gao Jianli’s “Playful Dragon,” Eileen’s “Valkyrie,” and Gan Jiang & Mo Ye’s “Nutcracker.” Honestly, redeeming these skins isn’t very meaningful. Gao Jianli doesn’t have many skins; although there was a 60-voucher hero skin released this year, the effects are average. “Playful Dragon” hasn’t changed much visually but is creative, so it’s prioritized here. Eileen’s skin was originally exclusive to beta testers but was later added to the Treasure Pavilion after her rework. It was worth redeeming, but tomorrow a free hero skin named “Crane’s Heart” will be available, which, although also hero quality, has better effects than “Valkyrie,” so it’s recommended only for collection. As for Gan Jiang & Mo Ye, this skin’s inclusion in the Treasure Pavilion is puzzling. Its effects and creativity are quite average, so it’s not recommended.

Of course, if none of the above skins appeal to you, you can hold off on redeeming and keep your Rose Hearts. This item lasts long and accumulates over time; it won’t be cleared when the Treasure Pavilion closes. The Pavilion opens four times a year, so you can redeem when you need to, with a maximum of 299 hearts stored. The key point is that “Way of All Things” was added during this year’s Spring Festival and has been available for some time. The next skin addition’s timing is unknown, so if you don’t have a desired skin now, it’s better to wait for the new one before deciding.

That’s all for now. If you found this helpful, please give a like to support. If you have anything to say, ask, or want to see, leave a comment below—I read them all!
