Gongsun Li’s new skin is the last summer bonus from the King’s series and is currently available as a limited-time offer in the fragment shop. You need 88 skin fragments to redeem it for free. Limited-time vouchers can be directly converted into skin fragments through the in-game items section, at a rate of 10 vouchers per fragment. So you just exchange vouchers for fragments first, then use fragments to get the new skin. This means 880 limited-time vouchers can get you the Gongsun Li Tushan Rongrong skin. For players short on fragments, this is a good alternative.

Option two: Glory Collection skin / Xiao Qiao Lilac Knot

If the first option is a guaranteed reward, this one is a gamble. The method is similar: first exchange limited-time vouchers for points lottery tickets, then use those tickets to draw from the Glory Crystals. If luck is on your side, you can get a Glory Collection skin, which is definitely a great win.

The points lottery ticket costs 60 limited-time vouchers each, and the current maximum vouchers you can get is 1010, meaning you could exchange for at least 16 lottery tickets, roughly three sets of five draws. However, note that the guaranteed draw for Glory Crystals requires 360 draws, so the chance of hitting it within 16 draws is low unless you have accumulated draws previously.
