In the first quarter, Jenkins hit a three-point shot, Shepard scored on a layup, Smith dunked, and the Pistons started the game 6-2. AJ Griffin, Robinson make baskets. Baker scored on a layup and Williams also dunked to tie the game. Shepard hit a mid-range shot and Robinson and Williams went on to score to give the Rockets a six-point lead.
