Accomplished! The second largest trade in NBA history! All-Star sharpshooter teams up with Anthony Davis

The second largest trade in NBA history involves six teams, detailed as follows:

Pistons send LeVert + 2 second-round picks + Stewart, receiving Collins + Prince + Harris + 3 second-round picks;

Clippers send Collins;

Bucks send Prince + Harris, receiving LeVert + 2 second-round picks;

Grizzlies send Aldama + 3 second-round picks, receiving Stewart + Russell + 1 second-round pick + 1 second-round pick swap;

Wizards send Russell + 1 second-round pick + 1 second-round pick swap, receiving Middleton;

Mavericks send Middleton + AJ Johnson + 1 first-round pick + 2 second-round picks, receiving Aldama.

Chaos, utter chaos......

Giannis Antetokounmpo is crying in the bathroom, missing out on reuniting with his longtime teammate Middleton in Miami. The duo played together for years in Milwaukee and won the championship together in the 2020-21 season.

Middleton joined the Wizards via a sign-and-trade deal, with a new contract worth $17.6 million over three years.

This guy was born on August 12, 1991, stands 2.01m tall with a 2.10m wingspan, is a swingman, and a three-time All-Star.

Although the 34-year-old Middleton is no longer in his prime, he remains a quality shooter. Last season with the Mavericks, he played 29 games (16 starts), averaging 10 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 2.2 assists in 21.1 minutes per game, while hitting 1.2 three-pointers per game at a 39.1% clip.

The backcourt duo of Trae Young and Middleton will effectively space the floor for the three frontcourt number-one picks: AJ Dybantsa (2026), Anthony Davis (2012), and Deandre Ayton (2018).

To be fair, on paper, the Wizards next season are an absolutely top-tier team. As long as they stay healthy and develop chemistry, they should at least have a strong chance to secure a direct Eastern Conference playoff spot, and might even become a disruptor in the NBA championship race, a formidable dark horse.

Crazy, the Eastern Conference is now insanely engaged in an endless arms race. Maybe LeBron should just stay in the West. Manually adding a dog face.
