On February 20th Beijing time, Lakers star Doncic, sidelined for the past four games with a hamstring strain, was confirmed by coach Reddick after today's training to likely make his comeback in tomorrow's matchup versus the Los Angeles Clippers. Furthermore, Reddick mentioned that guard Reeves' playing time limits have been lifted. The Lakers will be at full health for the Clippers game.

"Reeves no longer has any minutes restriction, and just 35 to 45 seconds ago, it looks like we will have the entire squad available tomorrow," Reddick stated today.

The news of Doncic's return was not unexpected, as earlier reports suggested he would come back after the All-Star break. His brief appearance during the All-Star game, where he played five minutes and reported feeling good, further confirmed this.
Despite missing their key player, the Lakers have remained resilient, securing 2 wins and 2 losses in the last four games. Their only heavy defeat was against the Spurs, where Reeves, James, Ayton, and Smart were all absent, marking a significant setback.
In his first full season with the Lakers, Doncic is delivering one of the best performances of his career: leading the league with an average of 32.8 points per game and ranking third with 8.6 assists per game.
Doncic, James, and Reeves have all played at an All-Star level this season, but the trio has rarely been on the court simultaneously. Fortunately, this situation is set to change after the All-Star break.

Reeves returned from a calf injury a few weeks ago but has been coming off the bench in the last five games, limited to around 25 minutes per game. With the restriction now lifted, he is likely to return to the starting lineup.
This marks the healthiest moment for the Lakers' roster this season, allowing head coach Reddick to truly evaluate the team's strength, find the best lineup and rotations, and maximize their overall performance.
Whether the Lakers are genuine championship contenders has been a question throughout the season. Despite ongoing injuries, they have maintained one of the better records in the Western Conference, but their multiple losses remain a concern.
However, with Doncic and Reeves back in the lineup, the Lakers are ready to prove to the entire league that they can compete with any team, starting with tomorrow's game.
