Seth Curry will make his official debut wearing the Golden State Warriors uniform and become teammates with his famous brother Stephen Curry at Chase Center.

The Golden State Warriors are crafting one of the most compelling stories ahead of the 2025-2026 NBA season by officially reuniting the Curry brothers, Stephen and Seth. This news was confirmed by Shams Charania from ESPN on social media, drawing significant attention from fans.

According to Shams, Seth Curry has agreed to a one-year contract with the Warriors, marking his return after more than a decade since his first stint with the Bay Area team. "Seth and Stephen Curry will stand side by side on the Warriors, starting practice on Wednesday (local time).", Shams wrote.

Seth Curry entered the NBA in 2013 after three seasons playing college basketball for the Duke Blue Devils. He went undrafted that year but signed his first contract with the Warriors. However, he was waived before the season started and began his career with the Santa Cruz Warriors, then part of the D-League (now G-League).

From this starting point, Seth gradually established himself, playing for several major teams including the Memphis Grizzlies, Cleveland Cavaliers, Phoenix Suns, Dallas Mavericks, Portland Trail Blazers, Philadelphia 76ers, and Brooklyn Nets.

Throughout his career, Seth Curry left his strongest mark with the Mavericks, where he was a reliable three-point shooter alongside Luka Doncic. In the 2024-2025 season, he played for the Charlotte Hornets before deciding to return to the Warriors, hoping to finish his career with the team where his NBA journey began.

According to journalist Brett Siegel of ClutchPoints, Seth is unlikely to sign an official NBA contract until November, when the Warriors gain more salary cap flexibility. For now, he will join the training camp with other rookies and veterans like Al Horford, awaiting a chance to make the official roster.
