On the 12th local time, ISF said at the 45th OCA General Meeting held in Kuwait City, Kuwait: "Chairman Park was unanimously approved by the National Olympic Committees (NOCs) of 45 countries and was elected as the chairman and executive member of the OCA Athlete Relations Committee. ”
Park Joo-hee is the only Korean to be elected to the OCA executive committee, the first time as a Korean woman. At this point, Park Joo-hee, as a member of the executive committee representing the NOCs of 45 countries in Asia, has the right to make the main decisions of the OCA.

Park Joo-hee, who is regarded as a Korean-born Asian female sports leader in the international sports world, has a deep connection with OCA. She joined the OCA in 2007 as a Doping Inspector for the Korean Anti-Doping Commission and played a pivotal role in the establishment of the OCA's Anti-Doping Management System. He then served as the head of the anti-doping field at international competitions such as the 2014 Incheon Asian Games and the 2015 Gwangju Summer Universiade, and has been serving as the vice chairman of the OCA Anti-Doping Committee.
In 2020, Park Joo-hee served as a member of the evaluation committee among the four Asian-born candidates to evaluate the venues for the 2030 and 2034 Asian Games. She was also elected for the first time as a Scientific Committee member of the International Olympic Academy (IOA) under the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and as an Executive Member of the World Swimming Federation for the first time.
