Grievance situation

7.01 Appeal Situation Appeal Situation means a situation in which the referee shall not make a decision during a match or on a dead ball without having accepted the request of the defending coach or player.

7.02 Circumstances of the complaint

A grievance situation can be filed in the following cases:

a. When a base pack is missed;

b. Runner substitution after a timeout;

c. Unlawful substitution;

d. Failure to notify the referee of the substitution;




7.03 Methods of Appeal:

The fielder must raise his hand with the ball to get the referee's decision.



7.04 The grievance situation disappears

In the following cases, the appeal situation will automatically disappear:

a. the referee has declared the continuation of the match or the end of the match;

b. When all members of the defending team have left the bounds zone.




Match is suspended (dead ball) and play resumed

8.01 Match Suspended (Dead Ball)

a. Stoppage of play (dead ball) means that the match is temporarily suspended;

b. Play is stopped (dead ball) if:

(1) When the stroke is declared invalid;

(2) When a foul is declared on the batting;

(3) In the event of a declaration of obstruction of defense;

(4) When the declaration affects the stroke;

(5) When it is declared that the base is blocked;

(6) when a throw-in is declared;

(7) When the ball is knocked out of the court and cannot be handled;

(8) When the match is suspended;

(9) In all cases except in the course of the match.




8.02 Continuation of Play (i.e. Live Ball)

a. In the middle of the match, the game is in a state where the game is legally continued;

b. The following situations are considered to be in progress:

(1) When a match is in progress after the referee has announced the start of the match;

(2) All positions except when the game is stopped (dead ball).

a. Protest is an act in which the enforcement of a rule by a referee is disputed;

b. Only the team leader can lodge a protest;

c. Protests shall be submitted in writing to the Arbitration Committee within 1 hour of the match;

a. The referee is in charge of the game in accordance with the rules of the Association.

b. In the event of any circumstance outside these Rules, the Company shall have the right to make a decision on the spot.

c. Give warnings to the impolite words and deeds of both parties and related personnel, such as failure to heed the warning or serious violation of sportsmanship
