NBA expels coach storm to the Suns? Budenhouzer: Nothing to answer!

The NBA Grizzlies suddenly announced in the early morning of the 29th Beijing time that they would fire Jenkins, the head coach with the most wins in team history, and the news shocked the outside world. After the Suns defeated the Timberwolves 124-109 today, rumors of head coach Buden's unstable position also resurfaced. Budenhouzer responded to the rumors in an interview with AZCentral's Doon Rankin.

'Well, we're trying to get into the play-offs and I don't think there's anything to answer that question.' Budenhouzer said. Budenhouzer takes over from former Lakers championship coach Vogel, and he was expected to make an immediate difference. His emphasis on three-point shooting philosophy and pacing has worked well with teams in the past, including leading the Bucks to an NBA championship in the 2020–2021 season. Ironically, however, the opponent was none other than the Sun.

Although the Suns have the seventh-highest offensive efficiency in the league this season, they are only 11th with a record of 35 wins and 38 losses, and are still outside the NBA Western Conference play-in standings. In addition, if Budenhouser is eventually fired, the Suns will change head coaches for four consecutive seasons.
