Dodgers ace is coming back soon! Roberts reveals Glasnow's latest rehab progress

Tyler Glasnow, the Dodgers' starting right-handed pitcher who has been sidelined for nearly three months since entering the injured list on May 6 due to back spasms, has finally received good news. Manager Dave Roberts revealed that Glasnow will conduct a live batting practice today, bringing a glimmer of hope to the team's pitching staff.

Roberts stated that although there is still a way to go before officially returning to the major leagues, Glasnow is expected to conduct a live batting practice today. The team will then assess his physical condition to determine the subsequent rehab games and return timeline.

In fact, injuries have always been the biggest challenge in Glasnow's career. At 6 feet 8 inches (about 203 cm), he has never pitched more than 134 innings in a single season. Since joining the Dodgers in late 2023, he has only made 45 starts.

However, as long as he is healthy on the mound, he remains one of the most dominant pitchers in the Dodgers' rotation. During his time with the Dodgers, he has compiled a 16-9 record, a 3.27 ERA, 323 strikeouts, and a WHIP of just 0.981, showcasing top-tier dominance.
